    I started splitting off elliptic genus from Witten genus but got interrupted. So currently it’s essentially just a stub.

    Started adding some actual content at elliptic genus: added the original definition/characterization by Ochanine, and then a (very) brief discussion of the two degenerate casesof signature genus and A^\hat A-genus and the “universal” non-degenerate case of the Witten genus.
