In latest chanegs part, under string topology, some of us went digressing about the problem with changing and multiple name versions of the nlab pages. Sometimes spurious pages or names stay in the databases like maybe the case is with BV theory vs. BV-BRST quantization, and so on. Some of the mutliplicity makes sense, but some is not logical in my opinion.
Sometimes names persist if the page has been renamed since a version of it may remain in the cache. When this happens, someone with high enough access needs to go in and remove the cached version (Toby, Urs, or me) and then it all works as it should again. So if you suspect this has happened, just make sure you mention it for one of us to see it and we'll fix it.
(I'm sure that Jacques would like to fix this bug, but I vaguely remember it being something quite complicated, and so for now we just live with it.)
That doesn't explain the weirdness with Poincare, though. I'll take a look at the logs and see why the extra page got created.
