touched the formatting of the references
For instance, I removed the version number from the arXiv url (unless you really strictly want to refer to a specific version, in which case this should be said in some accompanying remark).
Also, I copied the reference over to the respective author’s pages, there pointing back to the article here.
Regarding the LaTeX in your code that does not render, I forget: is it supposed to render due to some new implementation by Richard, and just doesn’t yet?
I think at one point we agreed that \cite and \bibitem should be made to work.
I am not aware of the current status of this, it seems that \cite does translate into something (but without hyperlinks). Given nLab’s own syntax, it should be fairly straightforward to setup a translation from one syntax to another, but perhaps I am missing something.
I guess Richard could say more about this.
