Have fixed a typo in the wording of the proof of this Prop, which was kinldy pointed out in another thread (here).

    Thanks for all this!

  4. homogenized some confusion between generic ground field vs real numbers in the definition of topological vector bundle.

    Thanks!!

I have (here) fixed a typo you introduced (:-) and further adjusted the wording a little, for clarity.

Now I notice that the very last line of the entry appears un-rendered, as literal code

      [[!include topology - contents]]

This is probably caused by some syntax error somewhwhere inside the source code.

Usually such errors can be spotted easily by the fact that everything after them appears garbled, but in the present case all else seems to be rendering well, so I don’t readily see how to fix this issue.

I have found some small mistakes.

Example 2.29, ∂(a,b) should be equal to ∂[a,b]={a,b}.
Example 6.2, inclusions became projections on the second diagram.
Example 6.10, inconsistent names for functions f,g/f1,f2 throughout
  5. Thanks!!

Anonymous’, I see that you fixed a typo in the formula here.

    Thanks for that.

But why is it that you duplicate my log message from #8? What’s going on here? Is this intentional or is this due to a funny glitch in the software that I am unaware of?

In definition 1.16, subsequence should be defined as order-preserving injection, isn’t it? As in sequence.
