There are quite some typos in this old text. Judging by their nature, they must have been introduced by the non-mathematical person(s) who did the typesetting from the author’s handwritten manuscipt. So most of them are harmless, albeit at times confusing.
But page 102 puzzles me: it seems to say that the -invariant in degree is instead of – and it says this twice in a row: in item “d” and again in the last line of the page.
Am I mixed up about something, or is this an unfortunate and unlikely double-typo?
