Also tried to fix the ordering of the rest of the reference, but I give up for the moment. This needs attention by some expert

I have moved the technical discussion of Snaith’s algebraic cobordism which used to be sitting at Victor Snaith to a new section References – Snaith’s construction here, and then I adjusted the text a little, also adding a bunch of links (such as to Snaith’s theorem and to Conner-Floyd isomorphism).

This material clearly deserves to be in the bulk of this entry (or of some dedicated entry), not in the References-section (much less in the author’s page). But this is as far as I got. I didn’t intend to do even that much editing on it, and now I need to stop do something else.

Maybe somebody feels inspired to take a little more care of this poor entry here.
