Fish, [[Helmut Hofer]], _Lectures on Polyfolds and Symplectic Field Theory_ ([arXiv:1808.07147](https://arxiv.org/abs/1808.07147)) (which is from a lecture in Augsburg), so I used that to replace the broken Stanford bibitem.
