am finally giving this its own page, and making “well-pointed topological group” etc. redirects to here.

Not done yet, but need to save.

1. Bredon defines well-pointedness only for Hausdorff spaces; for general spaces, the basepoint inclusion should be a closed cofibration, cf. tom Dieck (2008: 102). (Cofibrations into Hausdorff spaces are automatically closed.)
