    Just a remark on trivia:

    I suggest that if you request a hyperlink for an author name (by including it in square brackets) that you also create a brief page (which is easily done: One link to the author’s home page or Wikipedia page or similar, and a section “Selected writings” including at least that one bibitem which led to the author name being linked in the first place).

    Because, if you who requests them don’t create these author pages right away, then typically nobody does and the link remains broken forever, in which case it would have been better for everyone involved had the name not be linked.
