    Thanks for looking up all the old entries. Besides their content being outdated now, we evidently had way too many similar such pages scattered around, too many for anyone to take care of them.

    So I have cleared this old page and replaced it with a pointer to HowTo, which should be the single resource page for all such matters.

    If anything on this page here deserves to survive which is not yet treated at HowTo, then let’s add it there.
