    Add pointers to the linear-algebra uses of the term as well.

    I have re-ordered to have the section on linear algebra first,

    then changed the wording of the category-theoretic section to point out that the terminology here was probably inspired from the similarity between the hom-isomorphism characterizing adjoint functors and the equation defining Hermitian adjoints.
