    It was down for a few minutes and now seems to be working again.

    I notice that this happens more frequently lately (in the last few weeks, I think) that the nnLab becomes unresponsive for a few minutes, a couple of times per day. Usually it’s back after cooking a pot of coffee (this to indicate the time scale, not to suggest a causation). But I hope it is not a sign of a general problem creeping up…

  3. Yes, there has been a deterioration in performance over the last few months. I believe that the current implementation for how edits are handled is reaching its limits. I am working on the AWS move, and unfortunately we’ll just have to hold out until that’s in place, and hope that things don’t get too much worse.
