I have cross-linked with Markov category (to which at least some of the references pertain more concretely) and with other entries on kernels

Added a section about Markov kernels as conditional probability. (Partial overlap with conditional expectation, but that page is under construction – by someone else – and so I’d rather not touch it yet.)

I have removed the label “under construction” from the entry “conditional expectation”.

Please do feel invited to work on it, if you have the energy!

    P.S.:

It looks like it was me who added the label back in 2018 (revision 22) when I made the first substantial edit after the entry’s original contibutor (who has long left us).

I forget why specifically I added that label then, but I do this not to express that an entry should be left alone, but on the contrary: To indicate that it needs more work before it is fit for perusal.

I’ll change my habit and instead write something like “this entry needs attention”, or the like, in the future.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. I can edit it at some point.
