It looks like some problems with David’s recent comment
The “>” symbol in itex is probably getting confused with HTML or something.
The symbols “>” and “<” are not valid iTeX. You should always use \lt
and \gt
to get them: , . It’s one of the few differences between iTeX and LaTeX.
