I have some stuff typed up on shuffles and can put it somewhere if it would help. Do you want a separate entry on them? They are useful in general so perhaps that would be best.

There is a nice proof of the crossed complex version of the Eilenberg Zilber theorem in Andy Tonks’ thesis. (I think I have a copy if it is not available elsewhere.)

    That would be great!

Having a separate page on them won’t hurt. Whatever you think is better suited.

Tim: if you do it, it would be great if you could do it today . Tomorrow I’ll be distributing this stuff to students.

I will see what I can do. I will send you the tex file as well and like that you can use it in that form if you like.

Thanks for the file. I am a bit time pressured. Will have to see what I can do myself.

…and now finally a definition at Alexander-Whitney map

I understand that the map has been given first bei Eilenberg and MacLane. But it is known as the Eilenberg-Zilber map.

Not that this surprises me. But any opinions on what to do with the terminology on the nLab?
