   Format: MarkdownItexLately I've noticed something funny about the time stamps on the Lab; probably this dates from the new server. Instead of UTC, the times are now UTC+4 (western Russia). I propose that this be returned to UTC; hopefully, this won't require editing to be paused for four hours.
