Read comments 10–12 in double-negation topology (discussion). Immediately moving double-negation topology to spam 8, there was no cache bug. A few minutes later, there it was! (An unusual feature of this move: I saved the renamed page without a redirect from the old name, but such a redirect already existed at double negation.)

No explanation for this one. According to the filesystem,

    ~% ls instiki/cache/views/nlab/show/double-negation+topology.cache -l
    -rw-r----- 1 nlab nlab 11K 2012-08-19 20:55 instiki/cache/views/nlab/show/double-negation+topology.cache
    ~% ls instiki/cache/views/nlab/show/spam+8.cache -l
    -rw-r----- 1 nlab nlab 10K 2012-08-19 21:40 instiki/cache/views/nlab/show/spam+8.cache

So the cached page was created a quarter of an hour after the spam page. I’ll delete the cached page.

Based on the timestamps (of the edit and the reports), it took between 3 and 7 minutes (not immediately, but also not a quarter hour) for the cache bug to appear.
