    I have added a bunch of references under “Selected writings”, and completed their bibdata on the nLab pages which cite them.

    We still have a couple pages which cite Blass unspecifically (at theorem of objects and at basis theorem). Maybe somebody knowledgeable can figure out the intended citation and put in the references.
