    I forget what happened there, seems I added a broken link four years ago in rev 4. The piece you quote was last edited by some Stefan Müller in rev 17.

    But please feel free to add pointers.

    But looking back at this I believe back then I was just pointing to what I wrote on the blog and which in that rev 4 I had then included in the entry anyway.

    I am just gonna delete that line quoted above.
