    I gave rectification a brief entry of its own and linked to it from relevant entries which mention “rectification”.

    This is in the hope to help Google provide better search results when searching for “rectification” on the nLab, prompted by this MO question

    I thought that it was about rectifiable surfaces etc. wondering how Urs got interested in so geometric subject…but it turned out to be about another category concept at the desk :)

    I thought the same as Zoran! Although I don't know if the precise term ‘rectification’ actually has a meaning in that context.
