Up to now I've regarded this as a curiosity and not worth fixing. However, I've now been told that this messes up wikilinks so I've fixed it. That is, every "public" web that is also "published" is now just "public". (I've also removed the 'baez' web as per the request on [[johnbaez:HomePage]].)
