  1. It is very well known that an inflated balloon in fly, without tearing, will keep constant its surface topology.

    Then obviously any object in fly with Variable surface topology can not be a balloon.

    It had been observed many times objects with Variable surface topology, we call these objects anomalies and the "Variable Topology Rule" is one of the "rules" that allows to claim that one object is an Anomaly:
