    I’m tempted to put De seriebus divergentibus there as a reference. It is on the arXiv after all…

    Great, thank you for the inclusion. I have moved it more down the list, so that the first reference in the list stays the canonical Hardy’s classic book, which is sufficiently modern for the contemporary reader and not specialized like most best current references.
