The edit announcer forces all page creations to be announced, but unfortunately there was a bug in announcement of page creations by authors without a corresponding nForum user; I discovered this in the logs yesterday evening, and have now fixed it. It was the first time this case had occurred. I see from the logs that Catherine did not add any text to the announcement. I may as well mention here that in fixing the bug, I also did a little 'refactoring', and made a small tweak, coming from the fact that Bas has two users, one of which is a 'mathforge user' but not an 'nforum user', which caused problems with the user association for him; I tweaked the logic a bit to handle this case.
