  1. I have tweaked the tool for making an nForum annoucement upon page editing/creation to work generically for any web. I have activated the announcements for the HoTT wiki now, in addition to the main nLab. If anybody would like the functionality added to their personal web, just let me know (I think we can assume that anybody with a personal web will show an appropriate degree of discretion in deciding what to announce). I will probably activate it on my own web eventually. Or I could switch it on for all webs if people think that’s a good idea.

  2. When I get the chance (not today), I will do the same kind of thing for the ’Discuss this page’ menu option, and activate it for the HoTT wiki.

    Hi Richard,

    thanks for this!!

Just noticed that we do in addition need the following:

the announcement from sub-webs should have some indication in their title line as to which web they correspond to. Otherwise it becomes confusing whenever two webs use the same title for one of their entries.

  3. As mentioned in another thread, I've now implemented this.
