The list of planned revisions was started in 2011 by Toby Bartels (revision 42) as a section at the bottom of the article, and was moved into a query box by Urs Schreiber in 2014 (revision 54)

]]>Thanks for the alert. I hadn’t looked at this entry for over 11 years, nor remembered what’s in it.
I have removed that ancient exchange in the entry Meas, and just kept and brushed up the one line that says which category is to be described here.
