    there are also loci from Euclidean geometry, which I don’t think have a page on the nlab.

    Thanks for the heads-up, I didn’t remember that this page exists (created in and essentially untouched since 2013) and, yes, that’s not the canonical content one has a right to expect to see on a page with this title. Of course, the page’s very first “section” Disambiguation means to deal exactly with this issue, but still it would be better to have here a discussion of the ordinary notion of “locus” (more along the lines of the Wikipedia page referenced above) and relegate discussion of Joyal’s notion of “\infty-loci” to elsewhere.
