While looking over it, I have adjusted the wording and formatting of the citations in the opening sentence fixed, I think the direction of the adjunction symbols (to $L \dashv R$) added hyperlinks to a few more technical terms By the way, the lead-in makes it sound as if MacDonald & Stone had the notion already 8 years before Gray, and yet the list of references relegates them to "See also".
