There are various ways to work around this, such as to escape the parenthesis. Another is to just fall back to the HTML tag <a href="URL">link text</a> Besides that, I added publication data to the reference and hyperlinked also the remaining author name <a href="https://ncatlab.org/nlab/revision/diff/context+lock/2">diff</a>, <a href="https://ncatlab.org/nlab/revision/context+lock/2">v2</a>, <a href="https://ncatlab.org/nlab/show/context+lock">current</a>
