In conjunction with Scott Morrison, I've set up a new forum: [Math2.0](http://www.math.ntnu.no/~stacey/Mathforge/Math2.0) for discussing ways to improve mathematical publishing and make it more useful now that we have more technology and tools available than in the days when most journals were set up. It's something that's bugged me for a long time, and Scott and I hope to capitalise on the momentum created by Tim Gowers' recent blog posts. Users of this forum ought to be able to associate their account with the new one: just make sure you're logged on to the nForum when you visit Math2.0. There was a bug in the system earlier which meant you had to wait for me to approve your association, but I think I've fixed that now (and those that got a message saying that their application had to be reviewed have all been reviewed). I hope that people here will join in the discussion.
