   Format: MarkdownItexI have added the statement of the theorem that the delooping $B G$ of every [[Kac-Moody group]] $G$ is the hocolim over deloopings of Lie groups. This is due to Kac, 1998, thought currently I am not sure what the reference is. I have also added the remark: this implies that we naturally have a smooth refinement $\mathbf{B}G$ for every Kac-Moody group! This wasn't clear to me before.
