I created a stub for Kirchhoff’s laws to go with the Café-discussion here. Maybe somebody feels like expanding it, I don’t really have the time for this right now.
Can’t we just copy in John’s write up (if he’s happy with this)? I wonder what other parts of associated wikis could be integrated with nLab. At the very least we could point to some of them, e.g., Domenico’s standard model.

There has always been a pointer to that from standard model of particle physics!
Apparently, Bott eagerly told Weyl of this approach when he met him in 1948, and the latter pointed him back to his 1923 paper, which we’ve been mentioning over here.
If somebody finds the time, it would be great if we could coherently collect all this historical information in a History-section at Kirchhoff’s laws and/or at Maxwel’s equations.
