    I have created compactly generated triangulated category and most probably violated many of your formatting and typesetting conventions...

    Thanks!

    probably violated many of your formatting and typesetting conventions…

    No, that was pretty good. But I did some further formatting. I’ll list it just in case you are interested, but it’s not so important:

    • I added anchors to the references and to the definition and used these to point from the text to them;

    • I added a “floating context table of contents”, taking it from triangulated category. (So that’s “Homological algebra” and “Stable homotopy theory”, currently. Eventually maybe we want to have a dedicated floating toc for “Triangulated categories” themselves) Also added the “Compact objects”-context.

    • I added a link to the new entry from triangulated category. This move is to ensure that new entries can actually be found by readers who may not search for their precise titles, and hence to make their creation be more useful to the nnLab as a whole-

    • I removed some spurious occurences of the string “=–” in the source code (which however didn’t seem to upset the software, but this symbol is only needed at the end of a Definition/Theorem/Proof-environment).

    I simply copied some code from other articles without really understanding what it does. I will try to write a few more things and hopefully learn how to do it properly. Your edits already clarify a lot.

    Welcome Karol! Thanks for this.
