   Format: MarkdownItexIn [[localization]] having introduced the notation $C[W^{-1}]$, the entry then has ''those where the functor $C \to L_W C$''. I imagine that this is the same as ''$Q : C \to C[W^{-1}]$'' from earlier. I will fix it and if I have misunderstood something, please roll back and/or correct.
