Vanilla 1.1.10 is a product of Lussumo. More Information: Documentation, Community Support.
Upload of files is described on the HowTo page. But if your document contains just a question, instead of exposing material, maybe it would be good to not upload it yet to the nLab server until the material is stabilized. As opposed to entries that may be edited at will, uploaded files should contain reasonably stable material.
Can't you somehow put the document online elsewhere, so that we can access it there?
Or maybe if there are not too many diagrams in your document, you can include them in an nLab entry (say the one on right adjoints) using the tool provided by CodeCogs. That reads in LaTex code, including xypic and spits out a URL that you can copy-and-paste into any nLab entry, where then the diagram should display.
Actually, upload of files is not described on the Lab's HowTo page, but it is described on a page in the Instiki manual.
However, there is a description of several ways to include diagrams there, in the section How to draw commutative diagrams and pictures.
