Started monoidal bicategory with a bunch of references to the tortuous literature on braided and symmetric things. Please correct me if I left anything out. It would be nice to have the "accepted/correct" definitions here eventually, for reference.

It would be nice to have complete references/links rather than just title and family name of the author, if they are handy to you.

Whenever I go to find a new paper, I first search for it on mathscinet, for which I don't need anything other than the title and author name, so the rest of a reference is unnecessary for me. Sorry that this makes me lazy for people who need more than that. How important is it to you to have complete references included? Links are certainly useful, but I don't know whether any of those are available freely online.

This issue would of course be resolved if we had a central bibliographic database. What ever happened with that proposal?
