Vanilla 1.1.10 is a product of Lussumo. More Information: Documentation, Community Support.
As much as I greatly respect you, Steve, the utility of linking to people’s articles here on pages named for them is generally for the benefit of others and for cross-linking material in the nLab, rather than being a personal choice of the author. I’d like to see the list restored, or at the very least, the references put on relevant pages elsewhere, rather than disappearing from the nLab.
On a more constructive note, if you wish to claim the page and personalise it, then that would be fine, but at present it’s more of a non-personal reference page. If you have distanced yourself from the claims in those old papers, then noting that you have and why would be useful for the community, as it’s information that is not easily obtainable! Particularly if you have stated an updated position anywhere else that you could point to.
I agree with David, I think #5 is an optimal solution. :-)

Great. I am copying this item also to categorical logic and to Andrej Bauer.
And moved the item here into chronological order, if you don’t mind?
