Is this still true:
Unfortunately, also the citations from TAC are not yet counted on MathSciNet either, due to the unpopularity of category theory in the leadership of the AMS (see nForum discussion).
?
TAC is listed as a reference list journal:
Theory Appl. Categ. Theory and Applications of Categories [Indexed cover-to-cover; Reference List Journal]
I’ve just verified directly (by looking at several papers) that MathSciNet does count citations from TAC.
Deleted the following text:
Unfortunately, also the citations from TAC are not yet counted on MathSciNet either, due to the unpopularity of category theory in the leadership of the AMS (see nForum discussion). Another pure category journal is Cahiers.
Deleted this text, because the claim is no longer true, TAC is indexed by Science Citation Index Expanded, as witnessed by the data cited below the next paragraph:
Controversies: TAC is a high-quality journal with an impressive editorial board, but unfortunately it is not listed on commercial lists of prestigious journals like the “Science Citation Index” and “Current Contents”; we should fight to improve this.
THEORY AND APPLICATIONS OF CATEGORIES Publisher: MOUNT ALLISON UNIV , 62 YORK ST, SACKVILLE NB, CANADA, E4L 1E2 ISSN / eISSN: 1201-561X Web of Science Core Collection: Science Citation Index Expanded Additional Web of Science Indexes: Current Contents Physical, Chemical & Earth Sciences | Essential Science Indicators
