Let me object to this terminology:
The term “quiver” is a prime example of a concept with an attitude: Using this term instead of “directed graph” only makes good sense if one next considers something at least close to “quiver representations” – otherwise most people who consider themselves experts on “quiver theory” will be left puzzled, which is the opposite of what good terminology should strive to achieve.
The concept you discuss here looks like it ought to be renamed to directed -graph. And then one should connect this to the existing entry n-graph.
