    Is there an citable account with more introduction/exposition along the lines of Weinstein’s p. 6? I am looking for something one can hand to the educated layman for them to get an idea of what topological groupoids are (i.e. no stacks, no internalization, no technical proofs, but a good feel for the topic.)
