One minor point: I was looking at the entry topological quantum field theory and noticed the first ‘sentence’ of Idea. It isn’t clear in which of the various ways that it could be made a sentence was intended, but at the moment it does not make sense. Can someone (e.g. whoever wrote it or edited it) glance at it and fix it when they have time. (If I understood what was intended I would do this but ….)

Thanks, Tim. The main problem with the first sentence was that the second “is” was supposed to be an “as”. I have fixed that and tried to polish a little.

I am preparing notes on TQFTs and HQFTs for Lisbon and some of those might provide a basis for an introductory elementary entry. We can discuss this (and lots else) there.

I see, good. The nnlab entry could certainly do with some more content.

when I just wrote this Physics.SE comment I realized that a buch of the basic TQFT-related topics on the nLab are really underdeveloped.

Such as TQFT, 3d TQFT, 4d TQFT

Isn’t there anyone feeling inspired to put his TQFT notes and related stuff up on the nLab?

… I have some TQFT notes (and papers) plus some stuff in the Menagerie, but they might not be ‘main stream’ enough.

I have expanded the commented list of References a little more.
