hyperlinked the term strict iso-comma object

also removed the obsolete query box (from #2, 11 years ago)

looking at this entry now, I am doing a lot of polishing of the typesetting.

also, I am replacing all “up to isomorphism” by “up to 2-isomorphism

here I have entirely deleted a second almost-copy of the square, which was redundant and seemed to have been a remnant of a copy-and-paste move

I only now realized that all kinds of variants of “comma object” were redirects to this entry here. I have changed all these to instead point to comma object, but I am adding prominent pointer there back to here

(I understand the logic that the iso-comma objects are equivalently pseudo-pullbacks, but it still seems the previous redirect structure was not helpful)
