I know that we don't use MathJax preferentially, but still, is this of any use to us? http://sonoisa.github.com/xyjax/xyjax.html
No.
We use MathJaX as a bug-fix for broken browsers. So it isn’t usable as an input format for us, whence extensions that only extend the input syntax won’t work.
(It’s the wrong solution, anyway. SVG is the best way to do diagrams on the web.)
I’m confused then about this line
Supported Math Renderer: HTML-CSS, SVG (MathJax 2.1 or later required)
So we need MathJax, but it uses SVG?
Where is that line from?
I suppose David saw that line on the XyJax page (in the lower half, under “Limitations”).
Whoops, yes, it’s from the XyJax page.
