    created models in presheaf toposes with the statement of the fact that T-models in presheaves are presheaves of T-models, at least for T a geometric theory.

    Is geometric logic more restrictive than necessary for this result? The same is true even for T a theory making use of infinitary limits, no?

    Yeah, so I just put down Johnstone’s cor. D1.2.4 which of course in its full form in the book has a second part of the statement which does depend on finite limits.
