Has anyone yet defined the $(\infty,2)$-category of categories and profunctors enriched in a monoidal $(\infty,1)$-category? Or even the special case where the objects are ordinary unenriched $(\infty,1)$-categories (but the profunctors are enriched)?

   I have trouble keeping up with what’s been done in $(\infty,1)$-category theory these days. Has anyone yet defined the $(\infty,2)$-category of categories and profunctors enriched in a monoidal $(\infty,1)$-category? Or even the special case where the objects are ordinary unenriched $(\infty,1)$-categories (but the profunctors are enriched)?
