It's a development of ideas in [Theories of Anything](http://arxiv.org/abs/1202.0684), which was the basis for a [talk](http://www.crm.cat/en/Activities/Pages/ActivityFoldersAndPages/Curs%202013-2014/CHomotopy/chomotopy.aspx) he gave that Urs [reported](https://plus.google.com/108081058828040288656/posts/HqLR9AHQypJ). I love the ambitious scope of the later.

   Morava’s Categories of orbit types for proper Lie groupoids seems close to our interests. It’s a development of ideas in Theories of Anything, which was the basis for a talk he gave that Urs reported.
