This also affects [Joyal's CatLab](http://ncatlab.org/joyalscatlab/published/HomePage) in many places. Luckily the intended xypic-code is visible in the source of these nLab pages. In principle somebody could go, copy-and-paste the code into a local directory, run LaTeX on it and then grab and then include the resulting graphics back into the nLab page.
