I started a new article hereditary property. In so doing I inadvertently created a number of gray links (some of which I found surprising). Comments are welcome.

One of the gray links was “torsionfree module”. We do have a minimum at torsion-free module. I have now made “torsionfree module” a redirect. Please feel free to rename the entry if “torsionfree” is to be preferred.

  1. I’ve ungrayed planar graph.

    Thanks, Urs, for that redirect.

Noam: nice! If I have some time later I’ll add the forbidden minors characterization. Also the Mac Lane criterion sounds like it might be linked to matroid.

I have touched the section-structure at planar graph, aiming for ease of readability. (Rearranging properties to Properties and definitions to Definitions)

Added a stub in order to ungray sentence.

I have added a bit to planar graph on the Whitney matroid characterization, and in so doing added some examples to matroid. Also I created a stub Kuratowski.
