Changed ’opposite’ of an implication to ’reverse’. They don’t have the same meaning to my ear.

1. Added to the proposition the requirement that the manifold be oriented. Is the condition $n\geq 1$ necessary?

Regarding $n = 0$: The answer should be: of course. But this highlights that another condition must be missing: connectedness.

2. Right. After you fixed it there was a comment missing that $n$ is the dimension. Added that.
