   Format: MarkdownItexHi Tim, I fixed the issues. Two things were happening, I think. One was that the indentation of a particular `$$...$$` section meant it rendered verbatim, as code, and the other was that, in other places, there were minor TeX errors, and so the system gave the source, rather than trying to render it.
